As High Bridge Reopens, a Neglected Park Remains in Its Shadow

In an article in Curbed NY on June 25 by Nathan Kensinger he has written an expose on the deplorable conditions found in Highbridge Park.  Now is the time for us to develop the area so that we might be able to leverage the work just recently completed by the City Parks & Recreation Department in redeveloping the High Bridge so that the dream of a world class destination in this part of Upper Manhattan can be realized.
